Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.


Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@amsterdamstay .com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.


Cancellation terms in most cases are:


  • With less than 60 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page


Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description
The apartment offers up a pair of bright and spacious bedrooms with beautiful garden views in which you can relax after a busy day’s exploring or working in London. You also get your kitchen, lounge and bathroom, and it's all within easy access to Central London!

The Space
It's always exciting staying somewhere new but when that somewhere is in a place with garden views, the anticipation is even bigger.

The apartment welcomes you with a spacious living room and a dining area which is perfect for relaxation and entertainment while on the couch or enjoying their prepared meals. Guests can take advantage of the Netflix access as well as the strong and high-speed Wifi connection.

Past the living room is a beautifully designed kitchen fitted with the latest appliances. It has an oven, induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher and a breakfast bar for comfortable meal preparation.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that looks out to the conservatory with its gorgeous ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double-sized bed and a work desk. Both bedrooms are elegantly and tastefully decorated with high-quality furnishings featuring fabulously comfy bedding, cotton sheet, gorgeously fluffy towels and a beautiful view of the communal garden.

The bathrooms are classic and refined- perfect for long relaxing baths after a day out. These come with toiletries that guests can use during their stay.

The apartment highlights the spacious and green communal gardens. The space has outdoor furniture where guests can hang out for morning coffee or after-dinner drinks.

There's ample storage in the apartment. Guests can even use the washing machine and dryer for laundry.

It is a 6-minute walk to Brondesbury Park Station offering access to Central London, Camden Town and leafy Richmond.

Neighborhood
Bordering Maida Vale, Ladbroke Grove and Kensal Rise to the West and West Hampstead to the North, Queen's Park has firmly cemented itself as one of North West London's most fashionable areas.

Queen’s Park is flanked by two buzzing high streets: Salusbury Road to the east and Chamberlayne Road to the west, both with a great choice of independent shops, gastropubs, cafes and bars. There is a very good Turkish restaurant, Bobs café and Gail’s are great for brunch, The Salusbury dining rooms, and the newest addition, Japanese Michiko Sushino. Head to the popular farmer's market on Sundays hosted in Salusbury school's playground for great food and a taste of how the local's life. If you fancy visiting the pubs then The Alice House, Salisbury or North London Tavern are the best around.

Queen’s Park is served by the Bakerloo line and the overground with direct trains to Euston and central London (20 mins to Oxford Circus). The overland train from Brondesbury or Kilburn runs to Richmond to the west and Stratford the east. Numerous buses from Kilburn High Road serve central London and the City.

Queen's Park itself is a fabulous outdoor space and facilities include six all-weather tennis courts, a pitch and putt course, a pétanque pitch, an ornamental garden, a children's playground with paddling pool, a small zoo and a café.

Getting around

The overland train from Brondesbury or Kilburn runs to Richmond to the west and Stratford the east. Numerous buses from Kilburn High Road serve central London and the City.

Kilburn Tube station is on the Jubilee line and Kilburn Park is on the Bakerloo line.

Brondesbury is the closest station and leads the Overground to Gospel Oak and Highbury & Islington, and Kilburn High Road is on the Overground line which runs from Watford Junction to Euston.
